★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RWA is doing pathetic job, charging maintenance but no sweeper and garbage person everyday its only every 3rd day. Security is worst compared to any other society, all security personal are always busy over smart phones as is smart RWA. Worst managed by RWA. All flats have seepage, walls are damp - no solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A residential society well located very close to the national highway. It has a small market which caters to the basic needs.Security is good too.Only one thing that it needs to put efforts are the cleanliness and hygine of the area.
A nice park is there too.Going to start club house too shortly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb awsome place to live with family very nice amenities and beautiful sunrise and sunset scenery ... but need to have steel filter for water as aro will affect your health as water in this area is not good for drinking ... so one has to invest in water filtration if buying this property... so need to have more money invested in drinking water filteration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a high rise apartment society with 1 car parking each. It's best features is Parks situated in almost each block of the society. There is Residence wellfare which take care of security and other needs. Maintenance is lil costly. There is NO inside gym, pools or entertainment club provided. There are 3 entrances to the society like gate no 1, 2 and 3. For late entrances only gate no 1 is active 24/7
Shop venders are located at both ends inside the society. They are also delivering goods and services at current time at home.
