★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst salon in tilak nagar. The lady who deals with hair color is so rude. She doesn't know how to talk to customers. I had my worst experience here. I am also into service industry and deals with customers day in and out. This kind of behaviour is unexpected. I don't know if you own the salon, but even if you do, this kind of attitude will not help you gather customer. She was so rude in explaining me about hair color and when I tried to understand more, she simply refused to explain. I suppose her knowledge to the subject is also minimal. Visit this salon at your own risk. You may ruin your looks in such hands.
