1. WORST CASE : SWIMMING POOL IN THE NAME OF A SMALL TINY POOL FOR PARTY.
2. GYM HOUSE EQUIPMENT FOR ONE PERSON AT A TIME. VERY CONGESTED
3. ABOUT THE QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION IF ANYONE HAVE DONE INTERIOR, PLS ASK...POOR
4. LOCATION IS GOOD
5. THE COMMUNITY HALL IS SMALL ENOUGH TO HOST A BIRTHDAY PARTY.
7. INFACT THE OVERALL AREA SO CALLED GREEN AREA IS SMALL COMPARED TO THE SUPER BUILT
8. SO SO COSTLY....U WILL FIND MUCH BETTER AROUND THAT PLACE
