★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one has any clue what is going on here. People responsible for aadhar just walk away from queues of waiting people for lunch. The token system is another queue with its own set of issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust me I'm shortening my story as I'm literally not in a mood to type an essay. I waited from 7:30am until 9:00 am in the que, workers came in at 8am and they are on their phones, at 9:00am when it's time to issue tokens they all went to get breakfast. I asked them what time they are suppose to give tokens they argued and said the person is not here, I saw them putting stamps and timings on a piece of paper which is "supposedly a token" I was recording the whole time. Then they started issuing tokens. My time slot is 2:00pm 23rd Oct 2018. The Aadhar guy was supposed to be taking lunch break from 1:30 to 2:00 pm he just got here and the time is 2:23 pm and he is chatting with his female colleagues, I wish I could give no stars. 2:25 pm as I close the comments. No service still. Talk about the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the era of digital payments, the executive is very adamant and particular about payments only by cash. There are businesses which accept card payments for 50 rupees and here they refuse to accept card payments for even 500 rupees and above. Something isn't right here citizens!
