★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Government office with lots of rush, and systematic bribe system. For standard stamps/franking, 10rs extra and blank documents will be franked as well and for other 50rs extra needed to me paid with a DD in the name of "SUB-REGISTRAR, JAYANAGAR". If you dont speak kannada them it might be a problem to understand their instructions. Take water bottle with you as you will need it. But all my work was done without any issue in 1.5 hours.

Every single person works here needs to be bribed.. Beggars on the street have some dignity than these people who demand more & more money other than government fees..
