★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from Bangalore and it is an unpleasant experience in my case .The project was contracted during last December with the assurance that it would be completed in 2 months. WORK is still not completed and project not commissioned yet.The installation of LA and Net metering is pending .As per contract ,the final installment of 5% of payment is to be paid on commissioning of project.But ZUNROOF says that the installation of inverter is to be considered as commissioning of project and insists payment of Final Installment WITHOUT WORK COMPLETION AND COMMISSIONING OF PROJECT..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe they are the only decent company in the market. All other vendors are local and can not be trusted as you don't know when they will shutdown. However, Zunroof has been honest with their commitments and payment terms. They promise a timeline of 60-90 days and tried to finish my project within that timeline. Net metering process takes time but that is under the DISCOM control and we all know how much time government takes to get the job done. Still their engineer did lot of running around various offices to get my net meter installed. Would suggest them to be a bit more responsive. Other wise my wife and me were happy with their work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. They are all interested in your money. Once it is paid you have to be behind them for the work to be done. It took almost 8 months for the work to be finished in spite of the payments as per their schedule. Make sure that you don't pay full amount and ask for the stage wise payments instead of full payment in 2 instalments. Make sure that you make a legal agreement with the company before you pay them. Their office is closed in Bangalore (went to their office 3 times and it is always closed - in their working hours only)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service, Person who takes the order and payment will vanish from the contact list, next installation person will do his job after lot of follow ups. now my project is stand still at net metering installation since 5 months, no one owns the responsibility, even not available for phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service they have. They take appointment and never turnsup. They call when ever they are free and wants customer to be free. They are good to follow for appointment and not for execution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a zunroof in Apr 2020 and made a complete payment in Apr 2021. Still the installation had not happened. Customer service is pathetic. No communication what so ever. Mails are not responded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered my project in May-2021, Almost 10 months but they didn't delivered or commissioned my solar project. i had paid 50% of the money, whenever i call service center they will have same dialog "The material will be delivered this month end", but nothing happened for last 9 months. There is no proper escalation matrix to escalate any issues. one of the worst service organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zunroof don't have office/branch in Bangalore and is worst with Customer Service, they follow up so much for full payment, once full payment is done they do not deliver or install the roof top solar system. Don't fall for them, they are just cheating people.
