★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience. Pathetic response time. For 5 days I kept calling Mr Samantha, the Director of the Company, and he was as useless as they could get. First, he had no idea about the product specifications and when I provided him with the product specs he was entirely clueless about the product price!
Finally, I purchased the required product from a local vendor.
IRO was just a waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharath is a very professional vendor unlike many other in the market who are out to fleece the customer dry. Initially, he had suggested putting a pressure pump along with the heat pump in my new house. On further investigation, he found that it was not required in my place as the facility was provided by default by the builder and he took that off the list. He and his staff are very courteous and customer centric.
