★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, Patanjali Banerjee here. I had thick hairs on my chin and face.as i am a patient of pcod past 8 years, this was bound to be there. This killed my confidence for public speaking. I tried methods like waxing and threading but all in vain. Meanwhile in facebook, i saw their advertisement. I was reluctant at first as i did not know the ABC of laser treatment. I came over and had my checkup... i must say... this is an incredible decision i have ever taken. My consultant Mr.Joy have come up with immense support. Howver, mention must be made about Tarannum.. my service provider who cared so much about meticulous details. Now after 5 sessions i am presenting this review... i scarcely have any hair grown back. Hard texture is a forgotten dream as for now. Thank you to the team of berkowits for restoring my confidence. Good luck and best wishes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In today's age of fake reviews mine might seem exaggerated or purchased. Therefore I will mention my email address as reference. I have visited various clinics and doctors in Kolkata and have experience with most of them. However,dr.joy and ms.tarannum stands out. It is by far the most transparent clinic with a very trained and caring team. They are result oriented rather than being money oriented. I am extremely happy with the hair transplant and face treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience from Day 1 has been good. Dr. Pallavi is extremely cordial, offers oy the required treatment and follows up for results very professionally.
My personal favourite amongst all the technicians from Kolkata is Ms. Tarannum. She is very friendly and careful towards her clients.

First Impressions count so much! She is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face.
