★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 5star is looking less for me i think, the way they communicate, convey for buying products. it was fantastic experience with Mr.Akbar sharif and Mr.Arun. I went many times to berlynoak furniture sahakarnagar Kodigehalli gate, all time I had good experience with Mr.Akbar, no words for Mr. Akbar, he always suggest us good products. Thanks Akbar sir will come soon to buy office furniture for my new office. Will meet once again???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good experience with Berlin Oak Sahakarnagar when compared to Royal Oak old madras road where the manager was pathetic. At Sahakarnagar, Akbar was great with his customer delivery and with his attitude. The delivery of the product and the fitting was also wisely done by Dhananjay. It was an excellent experience with Berlin Oak Sahakarnagar.

My request to public is not to buy furniture from berlynoak you are wasting your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had visited the store and ordered TV stand, I will give 3 star rating for the product but -5 rating for the Store Manager and staff. The store owner is very ignorant, doesn't answer to the calls and his number is always busy. The store owner didn't delivery the product on time they delayed a lot. Since there was no store number on the invoice we contacted the customer care, the store owner called us and spoke very rudely and shouted at us because we had called the customer care. The staff are not customer friendly and don't show any interest.
I highly recommend not to buy any thing from this store, better buy from any other Royal Oak store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3 seats sofa. Reasonable price and a good deal. Due to personal reasons, there were difficulties in canceling and reordering the first order. However, Harish(sales person) was fully dedicated. With his help, I could settled my sofa at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience with Royal Oak ,Sahakar Nagar. We had bought 3+2 seater sofa it was new year offer last year. Within couple of months when we sit we are getting the spring sound and seat is going inside. Tried contacting customer care call was not connecting. Due to covid situation we could not personally go and meet them.Looks like 2 seater is new one and 3 seater is old they have just made it to look new by doing some repair with new seat cover.
