★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give it a 0 star. Walked into the store along with my friend, the only sales person was busy on the phone call avoiding eye contact. Walked out after waiting for few mins.
Suggestion : Shut the store and save rental expenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place 2 weeks back hoping that I'll get to touch and feel few items which I had shortlisted on their website but inwas totally disappointed to find a deserted store with just 1 staff and very few clearance items on display. The staff was pretty much silent all throughout and hardly gave us any alternate options or suggestions. Not what I was expecting from Pepperfry. I somehow got the feeling that the store is due for renovation or is in the process of shutting down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very few items on display. Staff will encourage you to order online from the shop computer. Give ~20 days for the delivery. Worst of all nobody even smiles here. Staffs are not trained people! Quality and service nowhere near their aggressive marketing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a well stocked store. They have good offers and discounts. I liked the attention they provide. While they have 2 staff members as of now, it will take a bit of waiting if you happen to be the third visitor , it's ok. Be ready to wait , it's worth it. They store is well equipped in terms of sanitizer and temp check. We found some new product and purchased them. Do have a good time shopping here.
