★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will suggest to stay away from them. The building quality and workmanship is very poor in all their projects. It seems this group is headed by a group of amateur lads and projects are executed by incompetent engineers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Projects are delayed. Specially Akshar green world , it took them more than 10 years to deliver project. No compensation. The finish is poor , your have to run after them to get finishing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a flat in "green world" airoli. Booked in 2011. Possession date was 2015. Till now no possession. No compensation. After putting complaint in rera. Rera pass order in favor of me (as per order rera asked builder to pay compensation from July 2017)
For that also builder gone for rera tribunal, (reappeal). In reappeal also rera given order in favor of me. But where is the money? Again I have to file for execution of order. Then he may go in high court.
I bought a flat is that my mistake? Why compensation is from July 2017. Why not from Jan 2016?
Is rera doing a favor to me by giving builder a discount of grace period of 1.5 years? Or rera is doing favor to builder? What should aam aadmi like me to do now? I m going to tweet about this on prime minister of India portal.
I waited for 9 years for my flat by investing hard earn money. I feel like fustrated now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased flat in Elementa project in 2013 and got possession recently. Quality of construction is very poor. I have leakages all over the place in my flat. Builder is very unresponsive in fixing the issues. So please be careful when you decide to purchase flat at this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very pathetic experience with this developers. Poor customer service. No value for customers. It's very difficult to talk with the people working with this developers.
It's worst experience with them. They don't care about the customer and just diverting you from one person to another for petty issue. They don't even ready to accept theirs fault and as a customer we have to face. I would recommend do not waste your hard earned money with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please read this before you buy any hom efrom Akshar Developer. It's a trap.
Peoples are in Akshar Developer are very Pathatic, project coordinators are like hungry for money.
They ask for money even for NOC and says we need in cash.
Development of buildings are very local and materials used are very cheap.
When you reach to their office for any concern, they don't even entertain the client. Once they get the money they will make you as a dog to run being them for each and every documentation.
Very very poor management and the service.
Don't but any any product from AKSHAR Developer as they are cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Projects are delayed, quality is the worst. There is no proper communication. Basic things such as flooring in the dry balcony, telephones were not provided. Poor quality materials were used. Worst mistake of my life that I decided to buy the flat from Akshar.
