★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust their sales team and builder, because I am buying 1BHK in their property at Nov 2020 I will book that flat and they told me we are give you possession on Jan 2022 but I am still waiting for position and the sales person always told me that we give you on next 15 days or maximum 1 months. But I am still waiting from last 6 month then no response from builder also he take 20k extra from me because of late loan process from our side but he give me reference for that and his banking person not give me preferred date always late and late by them.
I am irritating because of this and I think I choose wrong builder because he plays with peoples feeling.
