★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank service is good but for sanpada branch has Very poor service @home loan ,bank staff doesnt know anything, not solve any single quarries regarding any issues. So I suggest go for good branch or bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, system was down (which I read in other reviews aswell). Visited them for closing account, there was no attempt of retention and the exec Rohit Kadam was clueless and trying to be rigid rather than courteous to a customer who has made up mind to move to another bank. He didn't even give an acknowledgement receipt for the request. I had to escalate to the Manager to get one.
Worst part is our umbrella which we had kept outside the branch at their storage got stolen and when we raised a concern in the branch, some person got it back giving some silly reasons.
I am done with any relationship with Axis Bank due to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All facilities are available at Axis Bank at the time of taking a loan. After that, on asking anything, the answer comes that go and talk in the loan center.On going to the loan center one has to negotiate like a vegetable market for the interest rate.I transferred the loan from Axis Bank but have not received the original documents yet. No policy to give loan center contact number to customer.How it's possible? a person to visit Loan Centre for quiry only that, is Original documents available in loan centre now? It's 25-30 km far one side from my home.
From the last 8 months, interest rate and now for the original documents, Axis bank troubling continuesly.
This is my personal opinion ....I will not advise anyone to choose Axis Bank.

I have submitted mhada DD in this bank
And today is 11 th day and DD not proceeded and bank person saying that they did courier to next axis Bank but another branch of bandra is saying they didn't get courior
In short bank dnt know where my DD is with amount more than 21 lacks ..i think they lost my DD
