β β β β β Personal banker has approached me, i requested for change of my address, so far 3 weeks time has passed now she is not responding to my calls. The reason is i have not accepted her proposal of taking any insurance policy. When these people are approaching customer they are not approaching or meeting for service improvement , but they always intended to sell their some other product to the customer.. if u agreed ,, they they are good for u ,, if u do not ,, then they are neglecting you.. This is the training bank has given to them.. This bank has also lost their ethics and employees have no any standard but only begging for insurance.. HDFC bank is proving worst day by day

β β β β β Unaware, untrained unprofessional and scared staff. Don't know if it comes from the top, but this branch is a DIY banking. You go and ask them queries and irrespective what they ask you to fill in forms or tell you as process, there are slip ups and improper communication resulting in multiple interactions/visits for the same work.
This was the most nearest branch for me hence approached for opening a current account. Nominee details form, credit facility details Yes/No are simple goof ups encountered resulting in non-opening of my account even after one month of application.
Unfit to call a new age banking as even some of the SBI branches outperform their services as compared to this specific branch.
Highly disappointed.
