★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst maintained PG with 0% professionalism their only aim is to book profit anyhow .. Even food quality is so down. They put excessive chilli and salt in vegetables deliberately so that inmates eat very less. House number 913 is also operated by same contractor which is in very bad condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saraswati vihar is good area to live in.. one could find number of gated communities with all the facilities.
This area is not that costly at all. Market is nearby.
The only negative thing is the commute. However metro is nearby, and will find it quite handy.
Overall a good place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay here with reasonably priced accommodation along with food but electricity is the issue here. There are more blackouts in a day due to which it gets difficult to survive here mostly during summer other than that it's quite okay to get a PG like this with all the basic amenities at this price range.

1. caretaker is not responsible at all. If u ask him to fix a cooler, he will take days to act on it.
2. Did not return the security deposit so better not to give it if u intend to stay here.
3. Khatmal(bed bugs) will make your life hell. Too many bed bugs and they will never go away even after multiple treatments. U can simply call it a "khatmal wala pg".
4. Dinner is decent 2 or 3 days in a week . But breakfast is horrible most of the times.
5. Power cuts are very frequent and water shortage in summers is unbearable. No basic facilities like chair in room etc.
If u still intend to stay here.. well then good luck :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This PG is great. All the facilities are great and most importantly it is cheap given the area and locality. It is in swami vivekanand block, saraswati vihar. The society has benefitted this PG a lot in terms of security and peace. It is far from all the noise that is abundant on the main street. I would rate the food good as given the budget the offering is good. It has generator that can be used in need. Water could be an issue at times but is mostly always available.

It hardly takes 10 mins to reach to mg metro station and around 15 mins from sikanderpur metro station.
