★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this pg for 4 months and my expirence was very bad during this period. When i visited this pg first time the behaviour of the owner was very good and polite and after i shifted here they started showing thier real faces
Food is very bad all the time i have to eat outside or have to order online.
Rooms are very small in size
When you leave PG they put unusual fine like breaking the water tap... Breaking the supporting glass... ac remote etc. While it never existed, still they put fine on that.
And when you say that you are leaving the pg they will start behaving you badly.
Never suggest anyone to go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, I stayed here for 7 months and they deduct my amount on the basis of defective conditions which we didn't know as we were not here in lockdown.
Jitendra and Amit are the persons very rude and unprofessional.
First they don't intimate for sanitization and take 5000 more amount as they already have notice period amount, After given the amount they told me to vacate the room within 7 days (as I already have 18 days in my notice period) and after 7 days, the consequences will result in paying rent for next month.
After I vacate room, they need to pay me 11,099 but one of the person Amit chahal go above in room and check all things as a routine check on vacating room but he do something and fridge and other small stuff is not working, after that he deduct an amount and paid me 709 amount, which is nothing and in lockdown my various things missed.
Very very rude and unprofessional behaviour.
One time he slapped so much one swiggy person as no person is allowed in pg but he just came in.

Very bad Experience. I was here for 7 months just bcoz i didn't get time to explore others.
Dont see this pg, i would suggest.
very Worst way of operating the pg by operator. very Rude people. Dont know the way to talk to their guests. At time of Rent in starting of month they use to talk in decent way otherwise behavior is very rude.
once you booked the room after giving token money they will show you their true colors.
you will see ,whatever they had told you regarding their facilities & they will do opposite to it.
Anytime they can ask you for an amount of money which has not been agreed before .very greedy owner. After two months they imposed an amount by way of washing machine charges which they didn't tell us before. Don't want to hear any problem regarding repairs from guests.
food quality is also poor.
forget the amount of security deposit given , they will Never return this to you . when i left the room they imposed me unnecessary charges which they never even told me earlier before. When i returned after Lockdown period , i found many of my things are missing including Bedsheet , clothes. no privacy , they keep duplicate key of almirah. I found some of my stuff in my room partner's almirah and his stuff in my almirah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst PG, they never ever return the security money, the guy always manipulates people, won't give you the proper services.
The PG rooms are decent, location is decent, food is not good, but bare minimum eatable. The guys are the worst, they will torture you for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst place to stay even for shirt stay as well. Trust me you never get good food and they stop lift after 10 am and charge you for bedsheet as well. Their staff feel like they are owners of this hostel and argue like a road side vendors. You never understand why you get 2k power bill also. I never suggest you for short stay also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before even thinking about considering this PG, let me tell you to drop that idea.
Believe me when i say it that this PG is the worst PG you will find in the MG road area.
I shifted in this pg 2 months before, they took Rs 6500 from me as rent and the same amount as security, promising that when i'll give one month notice they will adjust my security amount as rent.
I informed the management staff Amit chahal and Jitender chahal, that i'll be leaving the pg soon so tell me procedure for the notice to given at that time they said no procedure is there you can leave once you have informed us.
Today when i went to take my stuff they came to me saying that i have misplacef their AC remote and i have done some damage in the room and tried to took some extra money as the so called damaged done by me.
They also didn't returned by security money saying that i didnt inform them.
I'm telling you from my experience that this PG is not worth it.
If the owner is reading my review, do yourself a favour remove these goons who call themselves as management staff.
