★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pg actually offers *three meals a day* in comparison to most other pgs in this locality that offer tasteless food for two meals only. The owners jitendar and narendar are quite supportive and they rectify discrepancies in the rooms or surrounding within a day. The food is actually quite good because of cooks being changed year around. So the menu includes: south indian food like idlis and north indian food like parathas, puris etc.. Eggs on sunday and paneer on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Rent is quite less-
6000 for non-AC room (cooler all year around) without balcony.
6500 for Ac room with balcony.
Current bill not included.
Room amenities include: two beds, two almirahs, bathroom included with heater, AC/Cooler as per preference, balcony or no balcony upon preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good pg ,the pg incharge were also rude when it comes to money..
Food is ok ,after 1month you will start complaining about food quality and hygiene.
You will also complain wifi speed every alternate days and they will just ignore your concern saying that, wifi is working good.
Room are also too small and bathroom are too tiny, the picture they have uploaded here is totally different what you will see in pg,
I have recently left the pg and i asked my security deposit money but they refused to return it saying it has been Make up with your rent, as in this pandemic time i was paying 4000 rent just for my luggage, as i was in my hometown, but when i was paying rent they didn't not said a single word, but when i left and asked for security money back they refused and said it has been adjusted with rent you should pay 5500 rent , i was shocked i told them at the time of paying rent you could have told me about it, they just refused.
As i left the city my money is gone., so please guys think wisely before living here. They are culprit.,you will find my pg in sector 10 a.
