★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most phathetic company and unprofessional people I hv ever seen. We booked a property in Goa from them and paid entire amount but when we reached there ,they have given the same property in higher amount to some other party.We have been calling them till 11 pm and I was with my entire family ,but these guys have not responded . We had suffered alot and thn booked another property in the higher amount as Goa in expensive in December u hotels are higher than usual time.We HV bn follow ups with them no. Of time but they are not at all professional I must say..

Guest houser is just a money making platform for few people who do not care what they are giving to their customers. They are just interested in their commission from the booking and nothing else.
They charged 2300 for a room not even worth 1100.
These guys do not have any good support concept and they do not care what you go through after the booking is made.
These are lousy people with no updates on the property. After I arrived at the property they told me that the pics were like 3 years old.
They do not take responsibility for the property or the guest at all.
Please if you want to make your trip with good memories then do not consider booking from them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything! Starting from the place where we stayed, the rooms, the homely environment, the breakfast was fine. It would be wrong if we did not mention about the staff members, they were really helpful and assisted us lot in guiding about the local places. For me and my wife it was a home away from home experience. We stayed there for 6 nights and it was a fabulous experience to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "I was just CHEATED" from this his company, it is doing business "UNPROFESSIONAL" and "UNETHICAL" way. They just ruined my my trip, all of my effort and money & time wasted. With their request, I paid full payment and they confirmed my booking, I had confirmation email of my hotel reservation and they also confirmed the same by phone. Suddenly after 4 weeks later and just before the trip start they called and said that they can not provide the hotel and so they cancelled my trip.
They just informed me on phone that they cancelled my reservation and the money will be refunded, however they are not sending any written communication of the same, I requested them several times till yesterday to send me written email about the their cancellation so that I have records and today was my trip, now I am not even sure whether they have real intention of refunding my money. They are not responding any phone call. How a company can cheat and continue doing business in such un ethical and unprofessional way?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud company. They charge in advance and then try to find rooms in your selected/paid property. I booked a property in pondicherry and paid for 1 day that too premium. Upon reaching there owner denied because no call came from guesthouser.com neither they are working with guesthouser from last 1 yr.
Property in general was half of the price that guest houser charged.
I am chasing the company people for my refund from last 7 months. No website, number or social media accounts are responding to my query.
strictly refraim from booking on this trap website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our stay at the home, the hosts did their best to insure that our stay with them was comfortable, safe and memorable. The room was bright and clean all the day. Breakfast was always delicious and different every time. It really felt like we are on a comfortable and happy vacation, we really had so much pleasure and so much fun.

The wonderful homemade breakfast made by these staff members amazed us. Even the bed was very comfortable and was well maintained by these fellows. The best value for money and loveliest place to stay in India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really loved our stay at the holiday home provided to us. As previously rated it exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very much caring, kind and helpful people ever! They organized everything for us and went to extreme length to do that. The property is also just lovely and quiet. We really felt like we were really cared for during our stay. We arrived as customers and left as friends!
