★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some boxes to be shipped from bangalore to faridabad. Because of the pandemic, i couldn't be physically present at the pickup location. However, the people were quite professional and they picked up and delivered the boxes within given time, in good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know others but I also want to share my experience with Best packers and movers. I transferred my 1bhk home stuff from Bangalore to Bokaro Jharkhand. I want to say I got very good condition of my home stuff as well as my Scooty, TV, freeze e.t.c. But when I call them to tell, I want your service then they told first we will see the stuff's. They came on that day only after seeing all, they told amount. Then I thought I should to see the Google review. When I see in Google, everything is ok but one review was not good like there T.V was missing, so I decided first I have to visit the shop. Then I met with some guys over there, they are good and they contact their boss whose name was Sumit , he is very cool and friendly. I also asked about that Bad review, he explain me everything, if by mistake some stuff was missing then obviously this is their mistakes, so they have to pay based on their insurance and he told he paid which is mentioned in insurance amount 10k.
My experience is very good with Best packers and movers. I got home stuff in time with trackers and quality wise good. So my point of view please try once their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst packers and movers. They don't deserve 1 star also. Packaging is really very loose, worst material. They took my things and delivered after 2 months and that too ...2 mattress missingsand they even delivered my table and sofa as broken. I asked for refund as insurance was done. It's been more than 2 months ..they haven't paid my refund money yet. Just playing and fooling around. Giving excuses of Corona. While packaging, they took 30k + which is really costly and they want koney immediately but when they have to refund ..they play around. I will wait a couple of days then do a police complaint against them. Not at all recommended.

Causes delayed delivery, gives false reasons such as break down of vehicle , where they actually waited for another parcel to be send along with my stuff ( though it was an exclusive truck which I paid for). They threaten you indirectly by saying that their unloading guys will stay at our home, when questioned about delay.
No proper customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired online "Best Packers and movers Bengaluru" based on Good Reviews to transfer myhousehold items from Bengaluru to Nagpur on 29jul2020 .They have given just 2 mobile numbers to inquire( and no office numbers ). Packaging part was good and after taking goods from my home when I inquired they said within a week I will get it .I again inquired after 2 days and to my surprise they asked for 90 pc of total bill amount (this was not intially informed).They also added 3pc amount for insurance of total items transport amount in bill .Total bill amount was 39587 .Since we had no option and luggage was with them and we had no other contact numbers to inquire , we paid 90 pc advance amount ( rs 35000)against our likes by Gpay.After receiving 90 pc of total amount they said Goods with truck has started and upon many follow up they give tracking number .But we got suspicious when tracker suggested no movement till 10 aug and then after few days it showed moving to Bhagalpur ( instead of Nagpur),But after repeated inquiry they finally accepted truck was still there in Bengaluru and not moved.They admitted that they have mistakenly given trackerid for some other heavy machinery consignment to Bhagalpur.After, repeated excuses truck finally reached my home on 16 Aug and too some of them in wet condition.But to our surprise of LED Panasonic TV was missing ,On repeated inquiry they said TV is still in godown and they will send it by courier.After too many followups they said TV is lost ,so they asked us to claim the insurance amount for TV.TV price is approx rs 30000 (but we had put TV insurance amount as rs 10000 in bill as we want to save insurance amount ).Since rs 4587 balance amount was pending from our side out of total bill amount rs 39587 ,company paid us 5500 rupees refund on 8 Sep (citing rs 10000 as insurance amount we had valued).To summarise overall we lost 20000 rupees more for Missed TV ,apart from mental harassment and torture and feeling of theft of our household items worth rupees 2 Lacs) from 29 jul till 8 sep (approx 1.5 months) .Post I posted bad reviews for company .They called me and behaved rudely and forced me to cancel the reviews and give them best reviews. I requested them to compensate me appropriately or return my missed TV but they agreed to give just 10000 rs for my TV which was valued as insurance in total bill) Finall I recommend customer,never go with Best Express Packers and Movers and make sure you have atleast 5 or 6 contact numbers along with office address and proper tracking websites.of whichever packers and movers you are going with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if the reviews given are genuine. Booked for local shifting in March 2021. Was promised a seventeen feet closed container ( sent me a picture of the truck as well) after agreeing for a price of Rs 9000 including all charges. The packers came late by 2 hours despite multiple follow ups and that too with a open truck. Packing and handling was poor. After reaching the destination, they demanded Rs 3000 more and told the items would be unloaded only if the bill along with the additional amount is paid.
