★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very irresponsible and is very impulsive, not give respind properly, when asked for details.Today I visited for my kitten, the staff was yelling because we took more time with doctor and didnt want us to talk much with the doctor as its their business time

The vets are very well versed and knows her job
They understands animals so well and treatment is spot on
Assistants too are so nice and helpful
Nice and clean clinic with medicines abd other pet related items all available under one roof

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine rushed my cat, who was a kitten 3 years ago, here after she was abused physically by my room mate and was in a bad condition.
I don't know what they did since I was dealing with the room mate while I'd sent her with my friend but I heard she was given some painkiller injection and a wet food diet was suggested.. since I was a first time pet parent, I only gave her milk.. like most indians would, I didn't know any better back then.
She recovered and I accompanied her once with my friend for her vaccination. The male doctor vaccinated her on the scruff.. I didn't know this before but cats should never be vaccinated on the scruff. It's advised that it's given on their hind legs. Because they might have a bad reaction to the vaccination some times and their said body part could need to be amputated so the legs are a much more safer choice.
I'm grateful that they introduced us to proper food and etc for cats but the vaccinations are quite over priced. And as a doctor, he shouldn't have vaccinated my cat on the scruff and also should've asked us to look out for any reaction to the vaccination. It was quite unprofessional of them to not ask us to watch out for such signs and reactions. I'm lucky that my cat didn't end up being one of the thousand cats who may have a reaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pet lovebird was ill, Dr. Vibha was able to give me proper guidance through video call, checking the tiny patient, & prescribing proper medication... I must say she is a very good avian specialist... I would definitely recommend consulting VCare for your pet birds. If the issue is something they cannot handle she will also tell you what, where to do, go next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to take your pet. I heard about how great Mr.Nanjundappa is in doing neutering of pets. But his assistants and other doctors are so unfriendly. They don't tell you about post operative care. They don't even give you reports. They never gave a bill and charged a whopping amount. This is not a clinic ..looks like just a pet store with pet supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors and staff are capable. They were kind and calm while I was nervous. However, the doctors prescribed unnecessarily overpriced medicines (supplements) and products (dog food). I understand pet parents want the best medicines for their dogs. However, doctors should be fair and mention other affordable alternatives while prescribing the most expensive ones. I was given alternatives only after I mentioned that the medicines (all supplements for general good health) were beyond my budget. I felt disappointed that the clinic did not provide any discount on my total bill (over ₹6000+ for an ultrasound and diagnosis of everything is "normal"). I have been a pet parent for a long time now and I distrust clinics that don't take the cost of medicines into consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy with the experience. Our little girl Penny is super healthy ever since we took her to this clinic when she was going through a rough health phase. Dr. Nanjundappa is very friendly with the pets & treats them with such warmth & care. The staff is also very polite & friendly with both pets & parents. We saw such a quick improvement in Penny's health once we started their treatment. We have made them Penny's vet clinic permanently! ?
