I had placed the order for medicine in a different pet store it was closed and I called this clinic and they immediately responded and handed over the medicines to delivery executive promptly! Highly recommended. Thank you for your service ?

Very rude behaviour and so hurry that she needs to leave or not interested.
Few local are visiting from 14days an issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I am taking my Male Golden Retriever since I bought him (52 days) & coincidentally I called to his clinic for 1st checkup after I brought him. That day I started his treatment out there before Dr. Sashwath. My puppy suffered a lot since baby (tick fever, cherry eye). This doctor had indeed done a godly treatment in all cases, and so much cooperative. Values for treatment is alo good, most importantly this clinic & their doctors are professional in their own way but so damn helpful & friendly overall, very understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our cat to this clinic because he had a fever and he wasn't feeling well. The doctor started fluids and he took a blood test. Blood test showed that his platelets count was very low and he did give my cat a lot of injections. We went there continuously for 5 days and the last day he showed little improvements. After spending close to around 5000rs, he became sick again 2-3 days later. After I lost my trust on Dr Shashwath, I took him to other clinic and the doctors were very helpful. Since my cat was dehydrated, they couldn’t even take a blood sample so I messaged Dr. Shashwath to send me the blood test but he just ignored my message. Our cat was in a stage which the other doctors couldn’t help. He should be making sure that my cat is in good shape before telling us its okay to stop the treatment. Because of his neglect, my cat got sick again and died. My advice is to not go here because you’ll get charged ridiculously high and still your pet won’t be feeling better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Prakash was very helpful and he explained everything to us in detail. Most importantly he took care of our pet during Covid-19 lockdown. Our pet Cookie was very comfortable with him. He also gave us discount because we adopted a pup and did not buy from anyone ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, name of the clinic to be updated in the Google. It's BTM PETS CLINIC. Not Tom n Terry. I don't understand why the pricing for Rabies vaccination is different in every clinic. This has become a business nowadays. When the price of the vaccine is same throughout the city, why do you want to charge high price?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's just that the clinic name is different on the Google and different on the clinic board. So make sure you call the clinic before you reach..otherwise the doc and guys who work there are really cool. I take my pet here always.
