★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Biggie (5month old Shih Tzu) had Parvo infection and I took him around 11pm into clinic, Dr. Shaswant was able to detect the infection quickly, it helped us to save him. It took around 5 to 6 days for Biggie to come back in the normal life with a proper treatment and care. I would recommend Dr.Shaswant, if you are looking a best treatment for Parvovirus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i got my dog neutered here on friend's recommendation. the surgery went really well and dr shashwath was always available on call/msg for your post operative queries. they have pickup and drop service availability which is best for those pet parents who does not own a vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust this place for home consultation specially if your pet is on emergency or badly ill. He said he shall send the doctor to my house when my dog was so badly ill and never sent me a doctor. Promised time was 11am and there was no response from them that they will be late. I had to follow up multiple times yet by 2pm I get to know that the doc is not available due to other case. My pet was struggling with high fever and was even unable to move. The doc just kept on buying time and never came and my pet's situation is more bad coz it was not treated on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feline panleukopenia (FP) is a highly contagious, often fatal viral disease of cats and our 3 month kitten Lucy was infected before we could vaccinate her. With the guidance of Dr.Shaswath and intensive care at home, she fully recovered. The clinic is open on holidays and Dr.Shashwath is available most times. He offers clear explanations and shows genuine compassion for animals, never gives up on even serious illnesses easily.
Hope it’s continues its success and expands to a bigger space since it can get quite crowded which can potentially lead to cross infections. However it’s kept clean and also doubles as a pet store which is very convenient. Frankly it’s the most reliable vet clinic in BTM. Kudos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent doctor. My dog was diagnosed with Tick Fever and was immediately taken care of. Due to his wonderful treatment my dog recovered very quickly in a period of 2 weeks. Any problem is dealt with immediately here. Thank you Dr.Shaswath!

Our cat was electrocuted and fell down from the transformer 3 days back. His condition was pathetic and we took him to BTM Pet Clinic. The doctor
immediately treated him for dehydration. After that cat's blood sample was sent for analysis. His heart and abdominal x-ray was done.
Today is the 3rd day the cat has recovered so well. Visit
this clinic for timely and expert treatment. Never abondon a cat when there is electric shock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27th Dec'21 my kujo started vomiting in the night and it was not even stopping. Nobody can't even imagine what we were going through. It was so difficult to see our boy in pain.
we got worried. no one is ready to attend to him. Everyone was saying wait for tomorrow morning. immediately we got to know about this pets clinic. he supported us immediately then we have gone through Kujo surgery because the doc find out something got stuck inside the intestine. Later on, we found plastic bags and a silica coster inside his intestine. surgery got successful and now Kujo is fully healthy. must visit BTM pets clinic. Thank you Dr Shashwath and team for making my kujo healthy and happy.
