★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always gone to this clinic, which used to be very helpful and paid close attention to each pet. Over the past one year or so, their priorities have changed. My cat has had an injury in his mouth for a while now. Dr Champak, who has checked on him many times, always ignored it, saying it was completely healed. This week, he said it wasn't healed and implied that I was at fault. He promised to follow up with advice on what to do next, but that was a lie. Very unprofessional, careless, distracted and more interested in clients that seem to be wealthier. Dr Yamini is still better, but unfortunately whenever I go, she isn't there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We adopted a kitten last year. Was recommended Dr Yamini from precise pet clinic. Our experience so far has been great. She is very professional and always responds to queries and clears doubts. I am happy with the quality and can totally rely on Dr Yamini for my now 1 year old cat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad advice. Misdiagnosed. Lost our pets due to slow action. Staff are helpful and sweet, doctors are busy planning parties. Poor veterinary advice led to us missing the window to treat for virus. There are better more seasoned doctors elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this beautiful place of healing for your fur babies. They treat you and your pet with humanity first and with an equal amount of professionalism. They definitely go out of their way to provide you with sufficient knowledge and information to help your pets. Dr.Yamini is a gem and I am glad I took my baby there.?More power to the whole team of Precise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog died just few hours after taking her to the vet. Inexperienced doctors!! Went to see them for a cut on the feet and they gave my dog an injection causing her to to react negatively. I lost my dog due to mistreatment. Don’t ever take your pet here. I’ll never get my dog back I don’t want anyones pet to go through the suffering my Lucy went through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2018, when I shifted to Bangalore with my (then) 7 years old dog, I was looking for a vet. After trying our various clinics and hospitals, I came across this clinic through a friend.
I have been soo happy with their services ever since.
Dr Champak motivated me to reduce Hippo's weight by 10 kgs and we did it. Thanks to him for all his direction!
In June 2020, Hippo met with a terrible accident and broke his leg. His elbow was broken into 3 pieces. Dr Yamini explained the seriousness of his leg in a very soothing way. She was straight upfront that Precise is not equipped to handle this kind of surgery. But, she went out of her way and helped us find the best surgeon for Hippo. With all her help and support, Hippo has been all okay now.
Thank you so much, Precise. You guys are the best. I miss having doctors like you in Mumbai!
