★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before 2020, I was doing very active workouts, with regular gyms and marathon runnings. But in Oct 2019, I developed a severe backache which stopped me to doing any workouts, even I could not able to walk properly. I went to many Doctors and Physiotherapist but they couldn't able to cure me. I have to wear lumber belt everytime.
In September 2021, I tried Anodyne Physiotherapy for my 2yrs long backache, where I met Dr Khurana who diagnosed my problem and he started doing treatment and works on strengthening my weak muscles. His treatment worked miracle to me and gradually I stopped wearing lumber belt and developed a confidence in me.
Now, I am feeling 99% better and started running in slow pace, thanks to Dr Khurana and his team.

I had lower back pain and neck pain. Now after 10 sessions I am 90% alright. I was treated by Dr. Urmi and chiro by Dr. Prince. They really take time in understanding your problem and try to treat it with utmost patience. I was really in trouble with my pain and had been to various physio centres. But service and staff here is superb. They have a whole routine for each patient. Kudos to Dr shweta and team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience. The strength is the group of doctors and therapists they have. I have felt good improvement in my neck and lower back. Due to prolonged sitting I had stiff neck and pain. You also need to put effort at home with the excercise they share.
