They are first class.
Both are the nicest, most caring doctor I’ve ever met – they even takes time during day to answer a call from a patient that has a question.
I just love him – he is the most kind and helpful one. One of the most patient, nicest doctors I’ve ever run into in my life.

The lab follows all precautions covid 19
Unlike what other reviews stated, I saw that the lab was very clean and the female radiologist is very good and kind, she did my Ultrasound without any hastle and the report was on point, the staff,reception and the call centre makes it more easier to have a good experience with the lab
Overall it's the best lab in dwarka so far.
The rates are also good and they give appropriate discounts.
I would recommend this lab to all people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi friends, this is an important information for all of you. If you are thinking of getting a test done in Doctor Sarwan Diagnostic Lab then I would say not to do it because of my experience has been a waste.
1. Lab technician is a young age who doesn't know much.
2. No guidelines were followed at the time of Corona. If you want to come then you can come at your risk.
3. There were 19-20 years old boys making blood reports which I found strange.
4. They did not show any arrangement for keeping blood samples, as far as I know the blood is kept in a particular temperature.
5. The picture quality of the ultrasound was very poor.
6. Only one thing is good that is their price list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was unavailable even after taking an appointment at 4.30 pm. Unprofessional attitude.
Sir my appointment was at 4.30pm. I reached there at 4.25pm...is it before time? What a shame that you are defending your Incapablility by telling your clients not to come before time. For your kind information... I left that place at 5pm as doctor didn't turned up. My waiting time was 35 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, and poor communication, I went over there for my ultrasound, I have talked with a staff from there about 4d ultrasound and she said yes we are providing 4d ultrasound only, that would be Rs.2500, and I paid for that. But when doctor was doing my ultrasound that was might be black and white 2d or 3d ultrasound and when I asked for 4d ultrasound, she replied that would be Rs.4000. I wasn't at all satisfied with doctor's check up and service. This was my last ultrasound, earlier I had 5 times experience from other labs....that's why I knew everything about check up.
I called other labs to know about charges (Usg growth scan and Doppler) they told 2500/- for 5d ultrasound. And when I asked for my money back as they did 3d ultrasound. They didn't respond and talk without any care.
Please don't go there for any test and ultrasound, if you really want a good service with right charges then don't go there and don't waste money with very poor check up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my ultrasound done from here and the doctor was very kind and helpful, I had problems with my uterus and she explained all of the problems to me with patience, the reports were of excellent quality, I also got done blood tests from here and the blood test was done well. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone if there were 10 star button I would click it.
