★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst home collection experience, Technician are very rough in language and neither able to take blood properly. The home collection technician was behaving like a punk. I would highly recommend everyone not to choose this lab fpr any of your testing purpose. They are very disresfectful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good laboratory for all blood, ultrasound related tests. Me and my family have been getting our tests done here for many years and the results are always reliable and accurate. The front desk at reception especially Naman and Ruby are very cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very satisfied with my experience today with Prognosis Laboratories. I had booked this place for me pathology and radiology tests. Despite higher patient queue at times, staff very effectively managed end-to-end examinations. Good and polite staff, and great examiners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly look into this concern. This has happened all the times whenever we have used your package. In our past experience with Prognosis, the lab reports which we recieve are always incomplete. Either we have to always reach out to your business account or have to personally go to the lab to tell those sitting at the reception that the reports are missing.
Why don't you send the complete reports ever, if you have promised a service then at least do it in the correct manner. There's no point in making such fancy adverts that avail to nothing.
If I hadn't re-checked my reports then I would have never got one of my reports which was promised as part of the package.
You will end up losing the faith of customers if you operate like this. Thoroughly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and NABL accredited and also ISO certified laboratory. Good seating arrangements and also having facilities first come first serve. All precautions are taken for COVID-19. Arrangements are good and it's free from trafic area and having lots of space for parking.

Clean and hygiene surrounding with proper seating space. Have washrooms to use.
Done with my testing as a first timer with this lab but the procedure was smooth and didn't take much time.
