★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried a few showrooms and the owners were very rude or they didn't know how to sell but Cycle World Yelahanka is a very good shop with a knowledgeable owner. Santhosh is a good host and helped me in buying the bike. I did not have much information on cycles but thanks to Santhosh, I was able to choose one. Also, got the bike for a good price.
Also, they delivered it home the same night. Thanks for the prompt delivery. Thanks for the experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very pleasant experience?.The manager was patient calm explained everything to us and found me the perfect cycle! You can buy any size cycles and choose between gear cycle or regular and also there are many accessories you can buy. The best part about the accessories is that if you don’t want to buy the advanced accessories you get some like the reflecter, bottle holder etc for free with the cycle! If you yang to buy a cycle and you are in this area this is the place for you!!! Highly recommend this place. P.S- This place is also called cycle world so that had me confused for a while that in maps it was beyond bicycle and the signs said cycle World so don’t confuse yourself ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found Cycle World Yelahanka through googling with the top rating and I felt it's definitely worth visiting here directly than looking for other shops.
We had been to some shops but didn't satisfied with the collection then found this shop through Google and plan to try here even it's 40min travel from my place.
It was worth while, we selected our cycle in 10min as they had a good collections.
Mr. Santhosh helped us through by providing information on the brand, option, difference which made us easy to choose

They offer few accessories along with the cycle, need not have to purchase them separately. Shopkeeper was very helpful in choosing my cycle . Even helped with delivery . I have been sold a faulty Schnell Holts 008 DX for 22,000 rs. The brakes are making noise from Day one and I was given a warranty of 3 months (today was within one month). Neither are they fixing nor are they providing replacement. Also, the teeth on the cycle seat are gone in less than 100 km ride - I have a constant expense of 50 rs a day to maintain this cycle. Buy from the Hero Sprint store next door (purchased another cycle from there 2 months before this - running without a single issue 3 months down the line). Buy from here if you want to get into constant ugly fights with the staff from this store. All the happy faces (including mine) that you see in the review photos are on the day of the purchase and these guys have (without taking my consent and also while breakjng all privacy laws) posted my photos as a happy customer (I am a furious customer!!!).
UPDATE - Took the Schnell cycle to Hero Sprint store. They showed that both brakes are defective and of local make and parts which are not supposed to be moving are moving. They are going to charge me 1500 rs to replace both the brake parts.
