Beyond fitness is ultimate place for workout.. Gym Environment is very very nice.. Owner & trainers are very friendly & they take care of each & every member of gym by guiding them on all fitness & Health activities.

I started my journey with beyond fitness some years back. It is an amazing fitness studio which has helped numerous clients achieve not only their fitness goals but also have holistic approach towards fitness. All the trainers here are experts in their respective fields. They are always motivating and helping clients pushing one's limits. Here the approach towards clients is very warm and personal attention is given to everyone. Working out here has always been fun and wholesome... During lockdown i developed shoulder pain, for which i did an online assessment with Anita and Radha ma'am...the rehabilitation exercises are helping me immensely.... Right now i am doing pilates with T.Anita...There has been a lot improvement in my posture and core strength..stiffness around my joints have gone and lost many inches...i am very happy with the progress i have made....i can vouch that Anita is best Pilates trainer...The workout is challenging and everyone is given personalized attention. The whole environment is very positive and inspiring. I am extremely satisfied with Beyond Fitness....would highly recommend joining beyond fitness

Beyond fitness has been a game changer! I was never someone who worked out a lot or really took care of my diet or body-fitness but the Pilates classes with Anita ma'am have really encouraged me to be more serious about my health and well- being. Pilates has also helped improve my posture and core-strength. In 7 months, I have been able to see a huge difference in my own abilities. The best part about this is that even though the classes are online, Anita ma'am is able to take care of and guide each and everyone in the class in a personalized manner. Working out has never been this fun and wholesome! Highly recommend joining Beyond Fitness!

I would highly recommend Anita for pilates. The sessions are tuned to individual need and body type. It helped me relieve my post partum body aches. And I feel a palpable difference in my stamina level, flexibility, and core strength. Go for it!

I have been having pain from my back down my leg and had seen physiotherapists and orthopaedic doctors but with not much success to address the issue. I did a few sessions with Ms Radha and Anita which diagnosed the problem really accurately and they gave me a routine of exercises to correct my posture and begin strengthening muscles that had become weak. After 6 weeks, I joined the pilates class at Beyond Fitness, remotely. It really helped - even though it was a group class, it took my pain and sensitive points into account, managed to push me, and got me back into a regular conditioning routine. Both Ms Radha and Anita regularly follow up and suggest progression routines. I felt that their understanding of women's bodies at different phases and what best to do was really useful and better and more cost effective than most advice I have got.

I have been going to this gym for almost a year now. I have gained significant muscle mass and strength working out here. The best thing abouth this gym are its Trainers. I have never seen anyone take so much interest and dedication towards their clients as these peope. I have trained with Ujjawal. He is young but has very good knowledge about the technicality and the science behind every workout. You can see his expertise on his body aesthetics. His Workout routines are different from conventional (kinda boring) workouts and they keep you motivated. He keeps track of your workouts and push you to go more and more. Have worked out with Daya sir also. Very experienced and humble guy. thumbs up for him too. Price is also reasonable. Give it a shot if you are around.

I’ve been with Beyond Fitness for 4 months now and am extremely happy with my Pilates training. Anita is an excellent coach and gives individual attention to all her clients even with the group classes. I have been extremely happy with my progress and would love to continue.

An absolutely enriching experience doing Pilates with Anita. She is extremely knowledgeable about the workings of the body and inculcates the same in her workouts. In 3 months I was able to achieve extreme strength and flexibility. Anita also keeps innovating with the workouts and very gradually increases the difficulty level which makes it easier to reach the advanced level. It’s the best one hour one could spend in a day. Highly recommended ?
