I have been training here about 5-6 times a week since last 4 months and find the consistent hard working trainers, awesome music and participants create a perfect workout environment. Especially, the gym owner Param is very much involved, has a positive attitude and provide good consultation to people both for workout and nutrition. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.
