β β β β β The ground handling staff based in Coimbatore is the worst I have seen in any part of the world. On 11.2.18 I was travelling to Sharjah from Coimbatore, I already informed to the staff in the counter that I am by-pass patient, but the persons by name Ramesh, Dananjeyan and a so called supervisor Peter Paul pounced on me and started abusing for an excess baggage of just 4kgs. If they had informed politely, the situation would have been different. Such ruthless characters are a big mole in airline industry. This is the difference between India and other countries. Here in India these people think they are big nethas and no one can shake them. It is a pity that as a genuine passenger we have to face these type of unscrupulous elements.
