★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst tata dealer.. their is a sales executive here named Ankush.. this guy doesn't know how to behave with customer. My friend booked a car from here and due to some reasons he had to get his booking cancelled but all the staff here assured my friend returning of full booking amount. And when he got the cheque, the GM of this showroom had charged 3000 for booking cancellation and when my friend had a word with this guy Ankush, he told my friend on call.. Agar jada bologe na to 5000 kat lunga. Dont even visit to this showroom.. worst staff

Idiot Staff, they also increased the deal amount when the car delivery time was near i.e. after 2.5 months of giving booking amount. Very Unprofessional.
When I confronted, ki yaar yeh theek krwao error ho gayi hai commitment value mein to executive bolra hai ki CEO sir ne mana kiya hai, itna hi krenge
Ask executive for anything, and he will say ki unke senior ne mana kiya hai
Also the staff is not reliable and trustworthy at all, they back-down from thier words and commitments. Several follow-ups for even small things.
Inke chakkar se 2 baar Loan disbursement expire ho gya, bank jaakr do baar Loan apply Krna pada, kyunki yeh log false delivery date btate the ki next month aa jaayegi etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata has disappointed in terms of its finish and refinement of body parts.
Overall experience was okay. The car got few manufacturing issues like the roof rail was coming out, door side rubber was not properly finished, door clothes were not much clean. Door side bar was moving away from its position so I had to give a punch to fix it.
When I asked the sales person, they said they can’t do anything. This is manufacturing defect and they can just see clean things and handover, rest I have to discuss during service.
Delivery experience was usual. My sales person was Ankush and he was supporting but he is always in rush of closing things. He has kept his words for delivering my car before time.
At the end, I took the car with a happy face and went a long drive until I forgot all the issues.
