The duo win a contract to supply precision parts to the Royal Small Arms Factory of Enfield, Middlesex. To celebrate this prestigious order, they rename their undertaking the Enfield Manufacturing Company Ltd. and call their first Bob Walker Smith designed bicycle, the Enfield. The following year, their bicycles are renamed Royal Enfields and the trademark ‘Made Like A Gun’ is introduced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one service center i will never recommend to get your bike serviced. They have their own explanations and unnecessary labour charges that only they can understand and our from a different world. For example, if labour charge for a repair outside in any other RE service center is 1000 here at ESS AAR Motots you will pay 6000 or more and alot of unnecessary charges. They are looting customers and have no customer service skills. PLEASE AVOID..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience on my first service. Though the service was fine but the staff in billing section (Rahman) misbehaved with me. I gave him ₹2000 but he said khulle, i.e (change) kaha se lau, I told him that it is your responsibility to cater to such situations. Surprisingly, he started behaving in an atrocious manner, saying khulle paise mai paida thode karunga and he mai apne jeb (pocket) se thodi dunga. He kept making weird facial expressions and started humiliating me by saying kaha se aajate hai log bina khulle (change) paise ke hame sar dard (Headache) dene.
How ever a gentleman, Mr. Rahul came and tried his best to resolve the issue with due respect and in a proper manner.
The worst part is I was mentally harassed and mr (RAHMAN) deliberately made injury to my reputation. I vehemently ask the concerned staff of R.E and (Ess Aar) motors is this your hospitality for opting services???
As a matter of fact I am definitely going to initiate legal proceedings against R.E and (Ess Aar) as I have all the evidence (video) of the whole incident.
This (GOONDAISM) should be exposed, so in future no one would become the victim of this nefarious act.

Gave bike for general checkup and service before traveling from Delhi to Himachal. I had no issues whatsoever.
On their recommendation to change break pads, I agreed.
Received bike and during my travels, the break failed ( I do have a video proof of it )
Any how managed to return back to my city while riding 400+kms without rear break.
Returned the bike and after delayed work when I received it, it stopped and battery died in the middle of the road.
I can share the bills and contact numbers of attendants who were coordinating with me and provided me with such horrendous service.
I know I could've died the moment I realised the breaks failed during my travels.
Not that they cared about it.
All they did and all they were concerned was to make a big bill however they could.
There were no problems when I gave the bike. The problems arose after receiving it from them.
I realise it was my mistake to trust them at the first place.
Never visiting again. Ever.

This service centre is spoilng the image of R.E as their is no professionalism and it should be immediately shut down for non performance and cruel behaviour with the customers.

I’ve been extremely satisfied with each service I booked starting with repairing my old bike, checking new bike, etc. On top, you get advice how to maintain your bike the best way possible. I couldn’t ask for more and I completely trust his expertise based on my experience of the last bike service .
