★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing person. Sardar Ji. Due respect for this man. You must visit here for any modification. I wanted to put a saddle rack on R15 and I was not satisfied with the fittings I was offered at Karol Bagh.
There are lot of shop keepers but very few are actually considerate about the customers.
I stumbled upon this shop, and really amazing and genuine person.
I must suggest to go this place for any sort of modification

So, in the year 2015 I bought Suzuki HayaBusa from Bittoo Suzuki Delhi, but before owning the bike I came in contact with the owner of the Bittoo Suzuki from past 1 to 1 and 1/2 years. He is really a very good & nice person I’ll be forever grateful to him. I couldn’t have achieved this much help and support without you. He has always helped me with all of my issues regarding bike and providing me with such a great service and response. I appreciate his excellent service which he has always provided me whenever I visit the Company. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi guys...Got modification done from these guys.... unprofessional,rude band of guys... don't have any knowledge about the mechanical job...can only design bikes... poor quality of paint work...take money in advance and make you run after them...they come from some far off outskirts of Delhi..no after sales services,once you have given the money u will have to really have work hard to get the value..they know how to keep jobs pending.. dumped Rs.75000 and then had to go to a Car modification company to get the whole job done all over again.... Beware... don't know how people have given them good ratings.... must be there own guys.... Please Beware....??

So there are two person who do the main modification work and they also have 2-3 labours under them. The first hand experience is not at all good because they don't even have the time to talk to you properly and even if they do they will say an amount which will sound absurd like it will be equivalent to buy it new from some shop rather than modifying it. I went to change my front and rear suspension from pulsar 220 to himalayan he said it will be 15000 just for the labour excluding the spare parts, so now you have an idea of the price range.
3 stars because well nobody else does this job in delhi so he ask what he wants. The job is okay not amazing for the price.
