★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The post office is located above a market. It used to be very dirty. It has improved. I visited the post office six months back. The stuff members went out of the way to help me settle my business after learning that I am visiting them from Kharagpur. They hopefully show the same level of cooperation with local folks.

Once again I had to visit this post office almost after 8-9 months. On reaching Bhadrakali, we understood that the post office has been relocated. We could get the directions from the locals. But the approach road was under repair and part of it was flooded due to rain. We reached the post office in its new location around 1050.
Our business was rather complex; but we were extended excellent professional service by two gents (who are rather young and efficient). Then there was a power cut and the generator backup was not connected appropriately. Fortunately the two main computers had UPS backup. The two gents completed our tasks most efficiently and we were done by 1120.
We were very pleasantly surprised by their eagerness to help and efficiency.
