I think that shop is franchisee of original BhagatJi sweets.(personal thought not confirmed)
Taste is good but not always and that old person who pack your package of sweets dont use to talk in good manner while you are having a good brand that doesn't mean that you will not talk good.
It's my personal experience. I have seen when I was standing near the door one guy casually asked to reduce the cost as just a joke because he is going to buy 5 kgs of total weight but that man that didn't use good words for him I think the reason was he is not wearing that good clothes to look that he has good amount of money in his pocket.
