★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As i have visited it twice once for dengue and second time due to typhoid. For the first time my experience was not good as i was not serious even though they asked for being hospitalise but second time when i have typhoid i meet mr amar gautam he was a quite decent man talks well and hears problem well and also provide right medicine and advice. As i have seen there cleanliness is good many serious patients are also coming. Staff is quite cordial even i have seen one person's requesting for money to be reduced and doctor heard him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives : this is one of the best hospital in that area. Staff is very cooperative.
Negatives : Unhygienic place. Hospital staff keeps shouting at their max pitch to call the fellow staff ( its accepted norm of the hospital , as there are no intercoms/ phones ) Attendants of patients can visit the ICU any time , feed the patients outside food, serve them tea in ICU. Medicines are prescribed in scrap paper, Generic medicines are not prescribed . Payment is CASH mode only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ask me for the worst hospital in whole Delhi, then I will recommend you this one. The doctors here always recommend every patient to be admitted to make their money only. Going there is the wast of both time and money. If this would be the last hospital of the city then I will go to another city but won't came back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst part is the Pharmacy adjoining the centre they always substitute prescription medicine with the one costing much higher moreover a generic.
Avoid the Pharmacy I suggest, if you cannot match what is written in the prescription.
Hospital has a good gynaecologist, apart from that everything here needs improvement vastly. But as the time is passing they are improving, slowly.
