★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried dinner there. The ambience was too dark & there was hardly any light to even see the pathway. We didn't like the food at all as it was extremely spicy for us. Even after informing the waiter our experience of the starters which made us sweat in fully AC room, the staff brought more fierce main course which we just couldn't even eat after 2 spoons. The dal makhani was full of green chilies & my eyes were full of tears. It took me 2 days to recover to normal in my day to day operations :P
I found the staff to be prompt though was with a very carefree attitude. I place was hardly visible so cant comment on cleanliness. I feel the space is overpriced basis the quality & quantity of food & the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rubbish service. manager and waiters were discussing really obscene topics while I was waiting for what seemed like an eternity for my biriyani to arrive. They are least concerned about what the customer wants. Seemed to be engrossed in their own gossip. Ultimately I didn't even get my food. I was so irritated after waiting for half an hour I just proceeded to walk out. The manager seemed to be least bothered about my concern and asked if he should cancel the order. I promptly said yes. Talk about adding fuel to the already ignited fire. The only positive I could find was the ambience.

Quality- ?/5 as I did not even get my food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience here at Marathahalli Bhagini Restaurant. Old members are not courteous here and not willing to work and tends to be very lazy. Waited and asked for water for 15 mins to get it... imagine thats how the service stands. Soup served was overly salty and Naan like hard rubber. Kashmiri Pulao had rotten Pineapples and Paneer was not fresh but stale. Never again to this Bhagini Andhra Style who says fork is not available in the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to waste my time in writing the review its not at all worth.Honestly, I never complain in a restaurant, This was my first super negative review But keeping few things in mind i would need to.. if you charge people, and quite a bit of money, you must give something back. The whole thing was a bit like a fast - food restaurant focused on quantity rather than quality. WE FOUND COCKROACH IN MANCHOW SOUP got pissed-off and questioned them, Nobody bothers to and realize the mistake. I got psyched and left the place by cancelling the remaining orders and one more thing... There was no Crowd at all only me and my friend was there at the restaurant. Any which ways What would have happened if you have taken your Children to this sort of unhygienic restaurant, and are they responsible is something goes wrong.. I seriously don't know what neatness they are maintaining. It was terrible !!!Don't be fooled, this place has nothing to do with food. This place is so lame, don’t know why it has 3.4 Stars, terrible food. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.
