★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is nice and Karthik the owner is really helpful. I have bought multiple laptops and got servicing and other additions done on my laptop from this centre. Service and prices are amazingly cheaper than other stores and they are always available... Even during this covid time they helped repair and reconfigure my laptop via Dunzo parcel.
I will recommend everyone to reach this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karthik was very promising at first. He assured me that he'll work on my laptop as if it's his own. I gave him my laptop in January 2021 and he told me he will deliver it to my place once done. I asked him for a mobile store if he knows, as I wanted to change my phone back panel.
Laptop work required- install windows 10, change battery, secure the keyboard. He did the needed functions, but did not bother to check whether video, audio function is working, whether laptop is staying on and didn't bother to install Microsoft office. What is the point of spending so much on a laptop repair when I can't even use it for video calls, I cant make documents, plus despite full charge, the laptop switches off automatically within 5 minutes. And if I contact him, he tells me to come all the way to Marathahalli which is about 45kms from my house without even trying to fix the issue remotely. His excuse is he is not in the store. He does not bother to call back and make an effort to fix it. He doesn't even seem to be bothered that I am unable to use the laptop. He gave me photo of a handwritten bill instead of a proper invoice for the laptop work done. Plus he offered to get my phone fixed himself. So I was convinced and gave my phone too with the laptop. But when he replaced the parts on his own, the notification light was not working. When I informed him about this, he said nothing can be done. 11k for both devices and zero service after the amount was paid. Makes me lose trust in these services. That too someone with such great reviews here and seemed so genuine with his work, did this. He hardly picks my call. And everytime I had to repeat the case to him. Very disappointed with the experience.
