Unplanned visit to Adishwar – Marathahalli, we did not plan to buy anything when we got into the showroom but when we came out, we shopped for about 3L.
Mrs Bhargavi welcomed us and asked about our requirement as we did not plan to shop, we started asking about refrigerator, washing machine, oven, mixer, tv and home theater.
Excellent suggestions from Mrs Bhargavi on refrigerator, washing machine, oven, and mixer. She helped us to get it for good price by talking to her manager. We compared the same products in online websites and felt we are getting it for good price in showroom.
Then she introduced Mr. Vinay for Sony Tv and Sony Home theater. He was very friendly, and he asked about budget, explained about product features, and suggested good models. Extremely happy with the way he helped us to buy TV and Home Theater. Even after the purchase he followed up with me to know the experience. Great commitment!
Recommend everyone to visit showroom for better price, better product, and better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a big mistake going to this place and buying a refrigerator from them, the sales person sold me a Whirlpool refrigerator which was lacking in sales compared to competition(found out later after researching on the internet).
Originally had the intention to buy a LG refrigerator but the sales person made a strong case against buying the LG refrigerator which I wanted and he showed us how poor the build quality is even though they sold LG refrigerators but because they were probably getting more incentive from Whirlpool to sell their products(which he sold me and I regretted it after using it for just one night), situation seemed strange but trusted the guy(big mistake) and struggled with the purchase for over a week.
Bought the refrigerator on 2nd April, 2022 which was delivered on the 3rd then complained about the freezer frosting and condensing on 4th(the whirlpool customer support expected us to manually defrost it and empty the drip tray which is installed on the back, had to demand a technician visit) then the technician tried to fix a defective product till 9th April(visited 4-5 times, he tried his best but the gasket/rubber seal around the freezer door was defective). Received replacement on 10th, returned it on the spot due to a physical defect in the ice tray compartment. Still refused to provide a refund(the store had already promised to provide one over the phone) but again sent a replacement which was received on 11th. Upon asking for a refund through email somebody with a higher authority from this store wrote to us that replacement is the only option and that they had taken a risk by providing us a replacement on their own(selling defective products and misguiding customers is not a risk but fixing customer issues is).
So, to summarize got tricked into buying a poor quality product and received TWO replacements for it(first time experience). First one had a faulty gasket/rubber seal on the freezer door, second one had a bent ice box compartment. Even after all this they refused a refund because "company policy" and sent a third refrigerator which now finally on 12th seems to be working.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ADISHWAR STORE OR A WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR TO ANYONE.
