★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the royal cheaters of Bangalore. They will promise your delivery in a week but deliver bad quality stuff only after a month. No one knows who is owner or responsible person there. They will never pick up your calls and even if they do so, they would redirect you to switched off phone nos.Terrible experience!!! Don't even think of entering this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are one of the best cheaters in the world. Don’t buy any products from them and plz don’t waste your hard earned money and energy. Delivery will not happen on time and they don’t pick your calls especially the products are really waste but the display products will be Superb. They tell free delivery but they charge on delivery. Then they will disclose the Terms and conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 star, they are fraud. They will not deliver product in time and daily give some silly excuses. Don't fall for this after seeing the cheap price, quality is very cheap too. But the main issue is pathetic service, at first they will behave very friendly and all.The moment you buy the product, their behavior will change drastically. They will intimidate you and even ready to hit you. You will be afraid and it will be like you have fallen into trap and nowhere to go. I was just going through review in front of the shop after their threatening behavior and they threatened to snatch the phone. I am afraid writing this review also but this needs to be told. So please please don't fall for this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a cot and was told the delivery will be in 10 days. They asked me to make advance payment .I said I can pay only one thousand as advance. It is 10 days and the phones are switched off. One phone is on today but no one picking up.
Reading all other reviews even if I get the bed after a month is will be waste of time to run behind them for any issues or warranty.
I am stuck with these unprofessional people. Please do not pay any advance if u order anything from them. That is my best advice.
Today is the 18th day and they are still giving me stories. They finally attended the call last Tuesday ( which was the 10th day) and said they are sorry for the delay and asked more time, it was Friday. They said the cost will be delivered by 8 pm and I can sleep on it at 9 pm. After that, no update what so ever. I took time to go visit them again today, I was told they took the cot out for delivery yesterday, but it rained and they did not come out. Funny part was, they asked for my address to be delivered only when I was there. This itself shows how much truth was there in the story. After that, another follow-up at 7:15, they said another 30 min and the cot will come. It has been 2 hours, again they are not picking up the phone.
After nearly a month, went again to their store and a guy there was really rude. There was one more customer already talking to him as it has been three weeks and he had paid Rs. 15,000 advance with no update yet. When I showed up and asked about my order status he simple said he is a cleaner here and has no idea about any orders. We asked for his manager or owner number, he denied to give any of those numbers. I again mentioned I want the order cancelled. They said they cannot give back any refund, I still did not want to do business with them as I cannot be running behind them if there is any problem with the product. I can but short my loss at Rs. 1,000
After about 5 weeks got a call from no where asking for my address and they are going to delivery the cot. I had already booked another cot from another store and I asked them not to deliver. The said they have invested money in prepare this cot. If only they had invested 5% in customer service and keeping the customer updated, their business will not have 1.4 stars. I still did not take delivery of the cot. I am fine with my loss.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not make advance payment. Only pay after you receive the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DON'T GO FOR THIS SHOP.
Seriously people in this shop lie like anything and they don't have any courtesy to customers even.
They don't keep any of their words.
They will promise to deliver in 1 week but they have taken 2 months to deliver that to after repeated calls and going to shop and asking.
They even abuse if you ask them y it's late.
At last they will give you some faulty piece and will never lift your call or rectify the damage.
It's one of the worst experienced I had with this shop.
I WOULD HAVE GIVEN MINUS RATING IF AVAILABLE HERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad experience. Bought an L shape sofa. While buying they talk very smooth and nice but never turn up to be.
They promise to deliver on a decided date, but then neither deliver on time nor ever pick up calls. customer have to give multiple visits and snatch their head to get it done.
They promise 5 years warranty. But their product quality is so bad, it worn out in few months only and now they neither pick up calls nor give and response.
Buying anything from this shop is simply waste of time and money.
Am regretting for each penny of my hard earned money spent here.
