★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place. Technicians check YouTube to and fix your systems. Charged 1800 for ic replacement and within 2 weeks got the same issue again, went there again to fix and the guy did it. Not even 24 hours and its not working again. Please don't go here. Also do not keep your hard drive here as they are copying stuff from your systems. This place should get negative ratings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of these frauds..!! These people doesn't know the basics of electronics/repairing. The only things they do is cheating customers.They quote an amount which would be almost equal to the half of the new equipment.Even for minor repair they charge too high. And if the customer doesn't agree to go ahead with the repair, they destroy the device before returning. They do remove all useful components from the board. I have found that the regulator diodes were removed from the main board by these frauds, since I did not agree for their quoted rate for repair.. So..Guys..Beware of these thieves..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location visited marathali branch :, After a normal service, the very next day my laptop stopped working, when I came back they asked me to come back after 2 hours as the person is not available. Coming back after 2,hours met same person and he started checking my laptop. I asked if you are the person who was suppose to check earlier why u asked me to come back after, 2hours. He replied i was not having time at that time. Poor customer service. After 2hours of inspection he is saying the graphic card has burnt. So seems like they themself created a fault so that customer comes back with new problem.. And we are left helpless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok ok kind of service center for laptops. Not bad not good i can say. I have given my broken lenovo G570 laptop and repaired for 2000 including the adopter cable.
But only thing is he could not repair the adopter neatly because he said that is glued not screwed. So he has to break and repair it and then tape it.Very bad to look at my adopter after repair But at least it is working fine now!!
And laptop lid he repaired well but it is not standing that strong. if you just touch the lid the lid will close to keyboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWESOME PEOPLE....We have got mother board installed from this place and due to some power issues it was burnt. But MSR technologies helped us by all means and got new motherboard installed, though the company didn't accept for replacement. They're SAVIORS...THANKS A TON!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here to repair my laptop against a problem regarding power button issue. The service provider told that the chip hinder the button is damaged. I believed him and he told me to wait for half an hour so that he could replace the same as he didn't have the chip and he was supposed to get it from the neighbor shop. Two hours passed, here told me that the shopkeeper is not coming and that I should leave and come back in the evening. Before I left, I asked him the cost estimation. He said ₹350-400. But, when I visited in the evening, although the laptop was repaired, he asked me how much he told the cost. When I told him, he denied and asked ₹600. The reason he gave me was that, since the neighbor shopkeeper didn't come, he had to look for the chip outside and it cost him more. I negotiated and paid him ₹500. Guys, be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will cheat you. Beware. I took my laptop for overheating and automatic shut down issue. After so many interactions and waiting for over 20 days the guy here says that laptop cant be repaired. I did not make note of my laptop hardisk model number before giving for repair. After I took back my laptop, hard disk is in damaged state. They either replaced my hard disk with damaged one or they damaged my laptop hardisk with their experiments. They dont know how to repair laptop. They can just replace hardware. Thats all. Please dont get cheated by them. I went for overheating issue but I got my laptop with damaged hard disk and loss of all my data. I got cheated. But at least my review will help people who are thinking to visit here.
