★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a very detail oriented person..I needed a ram upgrade and a screen replacement. I was not satisfied with the ram initially offered and the screen as well. I needed exactly the same specifications and nothing else as an alternative. They heard me patiently and sourced exactly what I needed. Ther were responsive and very professional. Price wise, they quote a fair price. No need to bargain like a fish market. The service may be little costly ,but it's totally worth it. The technician and front office staff was very good and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was one of my friends suggested them since I had no contact or experience with any service providers in Bangalore. I called their JP Nagar branch and enquired about the service and pricing. They themselves got me connected with their branch in Marathahalli.
It was sunday and they are supposed to shutdown by 4 pm. But surprisingly the gentleman named Mahesh waited for us till we reach and got the work done in short time.
I was not just satisfied but also would recommend them to any of my friends in need with confidence.
Continue the good work ESN team.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never leave your laptop here to be repaired.. Bloody unprofessional they are..
I did drop my laptop here to be repaired later they told motherboard need to be repaired will cost 5500 but i said no they simply scratched motherboard and inside packed and gave to me.
Later another repairing center opened laptop in front of me, then i came back to them and they refused.. Then i argued and finally they accepted and said they will repair but they simply did put old laptop motherboard and took 5500 ..still my laptop is slow and now it do not supports latest driver updates.
Beware of these unprofessional thieves.
Still i can't do anything with this laptop.wasted all.. New era thieves they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been an old customer of ESN world. From a broken screen to battery change, reformatting and few minor issues - I haven't had the need to look for any other service center. My special thanks to the executives who pick up and drop the laptop - they are on time or earlier than scheduled - rain or shine. The team as a whole is quite cooperative...from the helpdesk to the technicians. To think about it, I started my career 23+ years ago selling laptops and recall when they were not as common today... service of this kind was a distant dream those days. Kudos to all at ESN World !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful Experience !! i took my All in One PC for repairs . it did not boot up adn the screen was blank. Since it was ourt of warranty , the authorised service centeer said it was a nother board problem and quoted an astronimical figure for replacement of mother board . At ESN world they took 5 days and came up with an estimare for repairs at less than Rs 5000/- . Adn i got the repaired PC in another 3 days. My interaction with the staff was also very pleasant ! So i recommedn this company for their profesionalsim and reliability . Krishnan//

They had taken 500 bucks advance from me but the laptop battery was not compatible and therefore they promptly refunded it back. And no fuss or delay. Generally vendors do a lots of drama in refunding but the refund experience was smooth. Later the right battery came and they deployed it. The experience was pretty good. Hardly took me 15 mins.
