I had given my Dell Studio 15 laptop for video driver repair, but he didn't fix the problem as well as very conveniently removed 2GB of RAM as well from my laptop. It is only due to the fact that I had a screenshot of it that I was able to get my laptop's original configuration back. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experiance. I gave my laptop for service or 1st April. After 3 days they are confirmed abt the issue and abt part replacement. Again still 11th they are not changed the part. 11th they returned my laptop without repair. But they charged 250 rs for checking . Money minded dont go for this. Cheat guys. If you called them means they wont pickup the call. Worst guys and very worst experiance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enquired price for 600VA zebronics Ups and they quoted 2500 where as online it is 1700. We understand a difference of 200 to 300 rupees but not 800 rupees. That's way to high. And the attitude of the personal I spoke to was so freaking disgusting, he says GO Buy From where u get it less. That's absolutely not the way how u respond to a customer. Learn how to respond to a customer first please.

They have stolen my laptop.
I have given my laptop for a display issue, they collected it just before covid and lock down came
For few weeks, they were saying due to lockdown we could not do. Then I went up to months and now it is more than an year, I had to leave to home town and now they are saying we don’t even know where is your laptop
Waited for long time, did multiple follow ups but no use
Ppl are very rude, they are taking advantage of covid and stealing laptops.
I have also asked to return it without repairing atleast, but they are not ready. They don’t even know where is the laptop
Pls don’t trust this service.
