Don't go there they are not genuine persons they replaced originals with duplicates,I visited there my costly 4gb ram replaced with 2+2gb ram ,I cont able extend to 8gb now becouse of bludy goys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed a battery replacement for a Dell. They ruined the threading of my laptop base screw holes. The screws began falling off in the shop itself. They lack sensitivity to their hand and basic common sense and do not take responsibility. They also violently chipped a large of chunk of the rubber base bar that offers grip to the laptop, expecting to find screws underneath. Something breaks inside you to witness a perfectly good laptop in need of simple battery replacement get damaged and dismissed with an indifferent 'aisa hi hota hai, I did my best'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell fake products. Please don't go for any replacement. They made me wait for two months for battery replacement, saying it's genuine but ended up getting the fake one. They will even replace original items from laptop if you give for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware!!! Extreme Fraud!!! Never give laptops for service... If you don't hv idea about computers, they will cheat you like anything.
I gave my Laptop for repair. It was not swiching on. They told it's an IC issue, and are looking for parts. Once available, they will fix it in a day.
Post that for almost 5 days there was no response. When I went to the shop they told, they got the parts and will deliver by 2-3 days. On 9th day when I went for delivery, they informed that -
1. My 24GB (16 + 8) RAMs are damaged and also 2. one of the RAM slots is not working.
...And they switched on the laptop and delivered.
After returning home, when I opened the laptop to place one of my spare RAM card, I found that THEY REPLACED MY MOTHERBOARD WITH SOME REPAIRED ONE WITHOUT NOTIFYING. Luckily I had pics of the original motherboard.
When I confronted them with the situation, they bluntly told that, they DIDN'T FEEL IT NECESSARY TO INFORM ME. According to them they delivered working laptop.
I WAS SO SHOCKED....????
Always visit Authorized Service Center for any repair works...
