Quality is good. Fair price. Good collection of items.
They accepted my return of laptop table even after a long time, as the design was different from what I asked for. If item is there in shop they deliver it timely.
What's bad:
Final finishing of item is not upto the mark. There were minor fixes require, which they never fixed.
I had a deal for list of items to purchase from them initially and got a bill from them in month of Feb. Had even asked for customisation for few which they agreed, but never delivered. Since lockdown happened so I waited months to get item delivered : which is okay. And even I did not purchase from else where as I had committed to them(though no advance paid). And after waiting for around 7 months suddenly they declined to deliver one of the item(one bed) and other items also I had to settle for whatever was available and not the customised one I had asked for. Each time when I would ask when bed would get delivered they kept on giving 10-15 days timeline, while they never wanted to deliver it and unnecessarily kept me waiting. They are the best person to know why they did so.
Imagine agreeing to a deal and if a customer decline to take any customised product they did for customer.
If an item is available in shop, you can go for purchase seeing the quality and finish. Do not fall for their agreeing to customisation or delivering item later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and behaviour. These people are well-known to go back on their words for post-sale service. They made us wait for months saying that they will change /make repair of the bed purchased from them but started talking badly when we strongly asked after 7-8 months of waiting on their false promises. Highly disappointed !! I would recommend to go for other furniture shops which might charge you a little higher but will offer you the complete post-sales support and customisation.

Pathetic service.
Product and service quality not up there, the finishing on the goods are also bad, the products are not presentable. They lack common sense in designing furniture, they ship the product without varnishing or fixing defects, promise to fix them in a week and never look back once payment is made.
Post sale is another nightmare, they have a 100 made up excuses ready than get your job done. Delivered an unfinished product, 6 months have passed and no sign of fixing it, instead they talk rudely once payment is done. They always have a new excuse and a date ready if you go to them but never have they made a single effort to get back to the customer.
avoid this shop at all cost if you need your peace of mind. Pay extra at some other shop but never buy from them.
They will agree to all customization and agree to fi defects in the product but will go back on their words once money is recived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought coffee table and dining set. The wood quality is solid, product design and finishing is nice. The price is also competitive. We may need to wait for 2-3 weeks for custom made order but they do deliver around committed date. Highly recommend them if you are looking for Sheesham wood furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took advance payment but delivered the customized furniture after about a month from the committed delivery date. No follow up and they kept making false commitments every time I called.
The furniture build quality is good though. I'll suggest going ahead with buying the furniture which is already on the display in the store. Paying advance for customizing furniture is not a good idea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a shame how they manage their lies and does not care about the customer's requirement. They lie all the time and the main showdown comes from the owner Shivraj, who is such an ill minded person, keeps lying all the time.
He does not deliver even the product that is readily available inn his showroom as he keeps it for the show in the store to attract customers and then he delivers a different product as he says that the stock is coming from Rajasthan which is so different and of low quality from the one we saw in the store. He lies without any hesitation and says he is not keeping well so he could not deliver it , the factory is being shifted so he could not deliver it and finally he delivered the dining table after 3 months when he promised for 2 weeks. Do not get strangled with this unethical business people. And if he says that the stock is ready but is in Rajasthan then forget about it , you will receive only after you forget that you had paid this guy. I am writing this so that people don't suffer like how i did with shivraj and arjit. there are tons of shops in 27th main road, please go to those stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are dishonest bunch of people. I purchases a dining table from them with bench which was not available at that time. They promised to deliver within the next month and replace with 2 chairs... my experience as been:
- it's been 1 year they have not done that
- dining table delivered had wet polish and polish was damaged.. it was never repolished despite multiple requests
- then they avoid your phone calls
- if you manage to get them on phone, they manipulate you by telling stories that they just had an accident or the wife is in hospital etc.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
