★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine introduced me to Zingcar since then we have taken their car almost 4-5 times and In all the cases I had a very good experience. Every time the car provided was in good condition and almost new.. Their charges are reasonable compared to Zoomcar and all however we have to pay deposit of 5k upfront which is bit more but cant argue about that. The speed limit is 115kms.. We have crossed that sometimes and had to pay penalties as well.. They take 300₹ for car washing. I had interactions with guy named Arun and he helped us with the car. They have 2 branches one in HSR and one more near bannerghatta road.
They have also started providing 2 wheelers on rent.
Thanks for providing awesome experience and please do maintain the same in future..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular user of self drive cars, I switch over to zing car and been using there service for few years. The team and cars are well manered and maintained. Few of my trips where pathetic but still I was charged reasonable. Overall happy with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience we had with their service... And such a careless guy who used to sit in Reception counter... they used to do wrong promises and they will not accept that... If you blame them for their wrong commitment/promise they will waste your precious time with their useless arguments... if I have option of giving 0 ratings I would have given them...
We have booked Hyundai Eon for 24hrs... While booking they informed us it will give 18km Mileage and we have filled the fuel fully.. So while returning you have to fill and drop... We said okay and we booked the car... We have travelled around 196km out of city... And we have filled the fuel which is around ₹1860(Petrol).... So once we went for drop the vehicle we informed them this is the fuel amount we paid and you informed it will give 18km mileage but it has given around 10.5km mileage... Then the person started arguing with us It's depends on the driver and you people may be has travelled within city so it has given less mileage... We informed him we have a proof wherever we travelled with clarity... Then he said may be u have driven with speed which is more than 100 so it had given very less mileage... Then again we asked him to show the tracker.. He said yes I have record, we asked to show he said no we can't show... So they are doing Fraud with customers...
Second thing they informed that deposit which we have paid while booking car they will return immediately once we drop the car... And at the time of Dropping the car he said... You will get your refund within 30-40 min to your bank account... Where he has not taken any bank details from us.. Then again we asked him you informed immediately you will refund the cash at the time of drop.. When we asked him after all the stuff argument he has returned the cash without extra fuel amount...
Please I suggest you people don't go for this kind of fraud service... Who does wrong promise and after the purchase of there service they will argue with you... We have spent almost 2 hours for his argument.. Which is waste of time....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional service ever. I had booked a car for pickup and when I reached there they were so unprofessional and not willing to listen to me. My husband tried to make them listen but they won't listen. We provided them with all documents..adhaar...driving licence...pan card...all original..current Address proof was our rental agreement which was all signed online as the house owner stays abroad and can't come to India in this corona times and stamped by lawyer here... this was properly signed legitimate document! But I don't know what zing car's definition of legitimate document is! In these tough times when everything in India is going online....official documents are signed online...he wants me to show some pen and paper document with coloured stamp...then am sorry to say Mr but you haven't yet registered in your head the methods of new growing India!
So much unprofessionalism don't book from them ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever book your drives from this. I repeat never do it. The most unprofessional staff i have ever seen across the car rental or any business. The guy was drunk and threatened us at 11 in the night.
They deducted 3000 for a thing that is repaired at Max 1000 bucks.
Never fall trap to there cheap prices they extract more than you can imagine. No customer care nothing would help you. I still have the papers of no damage still they have deducted it from my deposit. @zing car teach your staff to do business first.
