★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got this from Accenture Company for the accomodation. Great pleasant stay . Nice cleaned room on 18th floor. Very well maintained and daily cleaning process. They provide Breakfast and wifi complimentary. Overall it was nice hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location and good service. Caretaker and hosts are really helpful. Price is also very reasonable .. highly recommended...good for family and friends. Alcohol, partying is strictly not allowed..rest all is simply superb..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place one can choose to stay in. The approach road is closed and hence one needs to take a circuitous route to reach it. Construction is ongoing and open girders are visible in plain view from every which location. No Uber /Ola is willing to move one from the property to any other place in Mumbai. I got 2 Uber and 1 Ola cancellations due to the inaccessibility of the property. Finally had to wait for 20 mins + on the road before a family member picked me up. Above all the staff at reception is exceptionally rude. I had my family staying in flat #1304 in the building for a night and was not allowed to go up to hand them breakfast!!! This is after showing a proper Id proof and the properties caretaker having come down to the reception to take me up. The front desk folks did not even offer a seat which is the normal courtesy due to any visitor.
I would strongly recommend against staying here and God save you if you invest in this property.
As a good Samaritan I would recommend NOT to venture into this cesspit and if you still do so do it at your own peril!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a friend who stays in this building on the 21st floor and the views from his room are breathtaking and stunning, especially on a non-polluted, clear day or a clear evening. The building is huge and is located in a nice peaceful location in Powai near to Shetty school.
The only drawback as such is that mostly only a single lift was operation when I used to visit and for a building this huge, that gets tiring to wait for the lift to arrive.
The reception area is also clean and well decorated. No clue about the parking facilities.
