ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST & UNTRUSTWORTHY.
THEY MISLEAD TENANTS, BUYERS, SELLERS.
THEY SAY SOMETHING BUT DO SOMETHING ELSE.
NO ETHICS. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU BY ANY MEANS.
DO NOT DEAL WITH "HOME CARE ESTATE AGENCY, POWAI".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay in Panch Mahal, just opposite to this shop. I wanted to renew my agreement and this is what happened.
On call: He told me 7k his fees + 6k agreement cost and 3k for Power of attorney. PoA as my owner stays out of India
He cut the call saying "pehle cost approval leke aao. Baad mein baat karenge"
Owing to my laziness and lack of time, I put aside my ego and got approval from owner.
Next I went to meet him in his shop. He said POA cost is now 7K. To my amazement I ask why? Following are his exact words
"Aapko kya farak padta hai. Owner dega na. Aap chill Maro"
He is unethical, fraud and doesn't know how to talk.
Please do yourself a favor. Don't try to have a business with him. Incase you want to discuss further please drop by at 302, Panch Mahal.
