โ โ โ โ โ It's astonishing to see the kind of sharp business practices by Good Home Estate Agency.
After I shortlisted a few apartments from the ones they showed me, one of the other brokers from this agency actually had a conversation with me representing themselves to be the owners' power of attorney holder in India, pretending to be someone with no relation to the agency. However from some research it was quite apparent they were the mother of one of the agents.
I was left utterly speechless with this dishonest representation. The words trust and honesty seemingly have no meaning left for some.
For anyone choosing to do business with them, the only thing I can say is Caveat Emptor.

Good Home have been managing my property for the past 15 years, and I have been using their services consistently. โ โ โ โ โ I have been using the services of Good Home Estate Agency since 2006. Since then I have used their services exclusively for finding homes to live in at Chandivali. Earlier it was Anju Ji and her brother Vikas who helped me find a great home in Magnolia Enclave. Where we lived for 2 years. Later in 2019 when I came back to Mumbai on work I blindly went to her and was pleasantly surprised to see her handsome son and to be daughter in law helping her out. So basically you get the family wala warmth dealing with them while always maintaining 100% professionalism. Never let me down ever. Three Cheers to the Team and wish them more success and growth.

โ โ โ โ โ Try someother place. Property brokers are almost always courteous and careful about relationships with customers. Business of a middleman is simply about being able to help both sides in a transaction. Good Homes Powai, is a terrible place to take help whatever it be. People are cheerful before the deal, surprisingly dreadful after. Landlords get overcharged and fooled about maintenance and tenants are asked to "adjust" at every righteous demand. Theae guys lie about the other party to help fill their pockets. They even take out things in between shifts. Big headache once you get into a deal.

โ โ โ โ โ Had an amazing experience with them. Things that I really liked were how prompt they were in resolving issues, replying back, helping with shifting stuff. Anju ji in fact gave us her own study table (which was very kind of her) for our new house.
Great people, hassle-free experience. Totally worth the time and money!
