They have couple of flats around symphony, lok milan , mahada, chandivali and nahar.
I have lost my money to these fakes; DONT DEAL WITH THEM IS WHAT I CAN SAY.

โ โ โ โ โ Mr Rakesh Bhatia is a scoundrel and fraud and as written in almost all posts underneath, he smartly agrees with owners to deduct major chunk of deposit at the time of leaving the flat and got to know gets a commission out of same. An extremely sweet talker who would fool you into a deal only to rob you every year for commission even when you sign a 2-3 year agreement.
In our case, he got tiles done while we had got whitewashed kitchen wall. The tiles and labor was put on us mentioning oil sprinkles near gas stove. Gawd, that could have been done in not more than 2000 while we had to shell approx 7000 for same.
PLEASE AVOID THIS PERSON AND HIS AGENCY EVEN WHEN IN DIRE
NEED !!!
